Straw yellow in color. The nose is intense and aromatic, revealing notes of citrus, peach and apricot, complemented by delicate floral hints. The palate is fresh and elegant, with vibrant fruit flavors and good flavor intensity. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in lowland vineyards trained using the simple Veronese pergola system, this wine pairs beautifully with appetizers, pasta, risotto, shellfish, fish and vegetable dishes. Best served chilled at 6–8°C.
