With 100% Nebbiolo grapes it shows a bright garnet color with good density. The nose presents notes of red fruits, black cherry and plum, graphite, but also balsamic notes of mint
and eucalyptus, juniper berries and light cocoa. In the mouth it is very fresh, graceful with fine tannins and great flavor. Excellent with braised beef, ossobuco and stews. It can adapt nicely to any important cheese.
